First Time Home Buyers Club guarantees your satisfaction with our services.  If you are unsatisfied with your membership in the First Time Home Buyers Club simply return your Home Buying For Dummies® book and other Member Welcome Package materials within 30 days of receipt of the Member Welcome Package.


Return process:

1.  Locate your Member Number.  Your Member Number was provided on the confirmation web page displayed after your online purchase, on the email confirmation you received after your purchase, and on the packing slip included in your Member Welcome Package.  If you cannot locate your member number, please Contact Us for assistance.


2.  Repack the materials from the Member Welcome Package and place a note inside that includes your member number and requests a refund.


3.  Ship your refund to:

Refunds are processed within 30 days after we receive your shipment.  We retain the right to refund a portion or none of your purchase if the proper Member Welcome Package materials are not complete or in resaleable condition.  We can only honor refund requests received within 30 days of your receipt of the Member Welcome Package.  Refunds are posted to the credit card you used for the original purchase.  We cannot pay for return shipping.
